Okay, maybe not exactly "new", but at least they're new to this site, so I'll start at the top.
'Similar Differences' is one my newest songs. After not writing or posting anything for all of 2010, I felt it was time to get back to it.
'Found Again' is also a pretty new one, well, in comparison to the others I guess. I probably wrote this one about 6 months ago and have been playing around with it a lot. There's not much that changed from when I first wrote it. I added a lot of stuff to it over those 6 months and didn't really like any of it. So I felt this song was better left pretty basic. Anything else is just too much and distracts from the concept of it.
'Tribal Village Thingy' is a fun little song that I wrote years ago. I was just sitting down one day and that tune just came out. So I added some drums and that was that. After looking over my uploads, I was pretty shocked to see that I hadn't added this one yet. So years later, it finally made it's debut appearance on Newgrounds.
'Ambiguity of Innocence' is a song that you may recognize if you've visited my music before, or seen the animation "BLACK EP3" here on Newgrounds. The song featured in this animation is one of mine called 'just me and 2 acoustic guitars'. I called it this because it was a very random song and I didn't know where I was going with it. 'Ambiguity of Innocence' is a new version of that song. Very few mellow/acoustic elements this time around. And instead of being only half a song, it's now complete with a bridge, outro, and added filters, small piano part, drums, and electric guitars.
Also, with these new songs and looking over my previous ones, I've come to realize that they're pretty bare without lyrics, and I'm no lyricist or vocalist, so I want to challenge anyone of you to come up with lyrics and record yourself singing them over my music and e-mail them to me at unshredthefold@yahoo.com. I will be reviewing them post my favorites. There's no time limit either. I'll let you know when I get tired of listening to new versions of these songs, but until then, if you're working on a song and you see it posted with lyrics already, still feel free to submit what you've done. I may even like it just as much as post it as well.
And if I get an overwhelming response, I might even make my own personal web page dedicated to all the talent on here for writing lyrics. So no matter how many different songs you come up with for my music, send them all to me. I look forward to hearing what kind of variety there is out there.
P.S. Don't worry about the song names that I have. They're ALL just working titles except for 'Regrets'. I would prefer if that stayed the same.
